Nos hubiera encantado que hubiera filtro de agua porque tuvimos que comprar mucha agua embotellada y los precios para viajes adicionales eran un poco más elevados que con otros guías de turistas! Casa Isaluna is MAGIC in the middle of Cartagena - on one of the most beautiful streets in the walled city. From the moment we walked in - it felt like our own oasis. We had a big group of 14 people celebrating a birthday and wanted some special outings and meals and the team at Casa Isaluna did not disappoint! We always felt safe and cared for. Margarita (the chef) cooked up delicious meals for us and Ricardo was available whenever we needed him - for errands or just questions around the house. Heidi had everything organized for the birthday party, massages, and other special requests for our trip. I cannot say enough good things about this home and the people who care for it. The rooms and beds were so comfortable (loved that each room had its own bathroom) and fit our group perfectly. The only thing I wish I would have done differently is planned all of my meals at the house because Margarita’s cooking was that good and the staff made it so easy. The location was perfect—safe, beautifully situated, and within easy walking distance of wonderful restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to enjoy in Cartagena.The home was exactly as described and truly exceeded our expectations. With six bedrooms, a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, a mirador, cava de licores, spa area, and a large, open living space, it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. It felt luxurious without losing the charm and character that make Cartagena so special. The included breakfasts were also a wonderful highlight—abundant, delicious, and a great way to start each day.We traveled as a family, and although the home was a little larger than we needed, we chose Casa Isaluna primarily because of its fantastic location—and we were so glad we did. Everything about this place is amazing. The place is spotless and absolutely gorgeous. The host is extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. We were a family of 12 and felt extremely safe in this location with security around the clock. The breakfast in the mornings were delicious and we even booked massages during our stay through the host. We ended up here when an issue at another booking left us without a place when we were already in Cartagena. The host was super responsive and got the house ready for us at a moments notice. We are beyond grateful to the host and staff for their incredible effort in accommodating to our family so quickly and saving the vacation. This place is worth every penny. The kids enjoyed the kid room so much and the pool was a hit for those warm summer days! I also cannot thank the staff enough.
